Please forward the gift card email to the recipient. You can also print them out as well. If you would like us to send the gift card directly to the recipient, please indicate the receiver email address in the notes section at checkout.

Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.

You cannot use promo codes when purchasing a gift card.

PRODUCTION TIMING

We are doing our best to get your special pieces out to you as soon as we can, and our goal is to ship within 2-4 business days, if not much sooner. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate. 

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 1pm. EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holiday.

RETURNS

Return requests are approved at our discretion and any misuse of our Return Policy may result in denial of the return request and being blocked from making any future purchases. Discounted and Sale Items are non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accommodate a return within 30 days of purchase.

Custom pieces and DIY Charms are final sale and cannot be returned.
