Shipping and Returns
DIRECT SIGNATURE
BY DEFAULT YOUR ORDER WILL REQUIRE DIRECT SIGNATURE TO PROTECT AGAINST THEFT. IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS IN THE USA AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO OPT OUT OF DIRECT SIGNATURE AT YOUR RISK, PLEASE CHECK THE BOX AT CHECKOUT. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.
PRODUCTION TIMING
We are doing our best to get your special pieces out to you as soon as we can, and our goal is to ship within 2-4 business days, if not much sooner. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate.
SHIPPING
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 1pm. EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holiday.
Domestic Shipments: We ship within the USA via US Postal and Fed Ex. All orders include delivery confirmation. We highly recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial and residential addresses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by UPS or Fed Ex.
International Shipments: For international orders, we ship via US Postal and Fed Ex. Customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchases are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase.
When requested, we will gladly mark International orders as "gift," but the cost of the item is stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the packaging.
RETURNS
Return requests are approved at our discretion and any misuse of our Return Policy may result in denial of the return request and being blocked from making any future purchases. Discounted and Sale Items are non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accommodate a return within 30 days of purchase.
Please follow the below instructions to start your return:

Select Request return on the upper right hand corner.

Select the items you would like to return.

Click Request return.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with the return label (cost will be deducted to from the final refund amount)

Once the package has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs + a 5% restocking fee. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom pieces and DIY Charms are final sale and cannot be returned.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME
Your refund amount will exclude shipping costs & will incur a 5% restocking fee (with the exception of a faulty item). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
If your order has been sent to a destination within New York, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the Unites States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside the US will be processed for customs clearance; any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply.
CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices on our site are listed in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you pay, but it will match very closely with the going exchange rate.
REPAIR POLICY
We offer complimentary repair service for any item purchased from the Venessa Arizaga website within 1 year from the purchase date.
Please email online@venessaarizaga.com to receive instructions and your repair number.
Please include your receipt as proof of the original date the product was bought. If you do not have the original receipt, a $50.00 fee will be charged for the repair. For repairs on products over 1 year from the date of purchase, an additional fee may be charged. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the repair to be returned.
Your repair will be shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Ground unless you specify otherwise. An email notification will go out once the package has left the warehouse. We work directly with all of our retail partners to support their efforts with customers.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware we can only replace it for the same item, subject to availability. We will repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
