We are doing our best to get your special pieces out to you as soon as we can, and if the product is in stock, our goal is to ship within 2-4 business days, if not much sooner. If the product is not in stock, please allow up to 14 business days for your pieces to be handmade. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate.
SHIPPING
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 1pm. EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holiday.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accommodate a return for full-priced orders within 30 days of purchase. Return requests are approved at our discretion and any misuse of our Return Policy may result in denial of the return request and being blocked from making any future purchases.
